Description
I got my hands on some handy weapon blueprints from a friend. Fragments of them are stashed in dump trucks at the central farm in the Warehouse Area, the Lumber Mill, and the northern end of the Western Factory. Go find them, and I’ll have Xiaoming restore them.

How to complete the quest?
1. Preparation
- Make inventory room for three blueprint fragments (keep them in your active inventory, not in stash).
- Bring light-to-moderate gear: you’ll be looting open areas and moving between locations, so mobility helps. Bring healing items, ammo, and a sidearm for close fights.
2. Visit the three fragment spawn locations
You must find one fragment at each of these locations (search dump trucks and nearby loot points):
- Central farm in the Warehouse Area — check the dump trucks around the farm compound and the truck beds/ground near them.
- Lumber Mill — search dump trucks and nearby stacked timber/containers; fragments often spawn inside or beside service vehicles.
- Northern end of the Western Factory — inspect dump trucks and containers at the northern perimeter and service yards.
(If you don’t see a fragment at a location, loot nearby trucks/containers thoroughly; sometimes the fragment appears on or beside the truck bed.)
3. Pick up and secure each fragment
- Interact with the fragment to add it to your inventory. Confirm the mission log updates the “Owned” count for each submitted fragment as you collect them.
- If you die before submitting, you may lose the fragments you carried; consider extracting to a safe zone after gathering each fragment if you play solo and expect PvP.
4. Submit all three fragments to Jeff
- Once you have all three fragments in inventory, open the quest interface or talk to Jeff and submit MF Blueprint Fragment 1, 2, and 3.
- Verify the quest log shows the submission and that the quest is marked complete. You should then receive the blueprint reward and unlock.
Tips & tactics
- Clear each location methodically. Sweep trucks and vehicle interiors instead of running past obvious spawns.
- Go during low-traffic times or with teammates. If the servers see heavy player traffic, other players may loot fragments first.
- Extract between locations if you expect heavy PvP. Gathering one fragment and extracting can be safer than trying to hold all three in one run.
- Listen and watch for other players. Dump-truck areas are common loot spots—approach cautiously and use cover.
- Use quick looting techniques. Turn off unnecessary animations or use quick-interact to speed up searches.
Troubleshooting / common issues
- Fragment not found at a location: Search other nearby trucks/containers and re-check spawn points; if nothing appears, leave the map and re-enter (or restart the instance) to respawn loot.
- Submission not accepted: Confirm each fragment is in your active inventory (not in a stash or in a container) and that you selected the correct quest submit option.
- Lost fragments on death: If you died before submitting, you’ll need to re-acquire missing fragments. Consider extracting after each pickup in high-risk situations.
